The following content creators have helped and supported UnderSiege Productions
UnderSiege Productions would not have been the same without the support we have received from various people. Everyone in this list has helped USP in their own way. Each directly, or indirectly, contributing to the broad variety of modifications USP offers to the public.
Firstly, USP does not allow any reuploads, remixes, distribution of materials, or derivatives of it's content. The licenses that are agreed upon by downloading and using USP do not allow any of such behaviour. For more information please read our license, or contact us at Legal@uspmod.com.
Secondly, USP does not allow any reuploads to the Steam Workshop in specific due to the fact that the agreement between the uploader and Valve requires the uploader to be the original creator of the content. USP does not allow uploads to any other platform, as this will lead to confusion on release builds, or original content creator.
USP does not take reuploads lightly, any reupload or misuse of the license will be subject to appropriate legal actions.
Yes, we are very open to requests, however, USP receives multiple requests per week. This means that not all requests will be able to be produced, or lie within the scope of the project.
UnderSiege Productions itself, does not accept any donations or subscriptions. USP does not allow benefits for donating to any of our development members or contributors. USP supports certain members in their Patreon journey, and provides the members with insight on the work in progress images taken from content created by their subscribed to developer.
UnderSiege Productions or its members do not receive any monetary value from any Patreons, donations and subscriptions are handelled by the individual itself.
We do not wish to disclose release dates, as they set (often unreachable) deadlines for our development team. We all work on USP as a hobby, and wish to keep it like that. When announcing release dates, we create a expectation that can either be met, without added value, or missed with a load of unwanted backlash. As many mod makers will be able to tell you; Releases will not always go as wanted, issues always occur when you want them the least.
USP does not allow any retextures as the contents are currently in ALPHA stage, and subject to changes.
In the near future retextures will be allowed on approval basis to ensure a standard in quality for derivatives of USP's content.
If you have received a DMCA Takedown Notice through Valve, and you wish to dispute or discuss the complaint you are free to contact us at Legal@uspmod.com.
Please note that any reuploads of USP content are not allowed as per license. USP does not support any reverse-engineering, doing so will result in a breach of license.
Yes, the content itself is free to be used in accordance with our licenses. These can be found on the various download points, or within the pack itself.
For questions regarding licensing, please contact us at Legal@uspmod.com.
